What we offer our community
The Green Dream Lounge offers Greater Manchester’s medical consumption community and supporters a safe, judgement-free, harm-reduction focused private space where prescription patients can comfortably medicate with their own legal prescription.
We aim to bring Greater Manchesters medical users together allowing members to
build genuine friendships, reduce isolation, and share experiences with fellow prescription holders in a supportive, stigma-free environment.
Join regular community events, themed social gatherings, supportive workshops, and low-key meetups designed to bring prescription patients together for meaningful connection, shared learning, and enjoyable experiences — from relaxed social evenings with chill music and café refreshments, to occasional peer-led discussions on wellbeing and responsible use, all strengthening our Greater Manchester patient community.

Our Story
The Green Dream Lounge was born from a shared vision to create a safe, supportive space for medical patients in Greater Manchester — one that we wished had existed for ourselves.
This is more than a lounge — it's our commitment to reducing isolation, tackling stigma, and building a stronger patient community in Greater Manchester.

No — never. We are a non-profit private members' association and do not sell, supply, distribute, handle, or provide any products. Members may only bring and consume their own legal medical prescription on-site, in accordance with Club Rules and UK law (Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 and 2018 medical guidelines).
Membership is exclusively for adults (21+) with a valid UK Photo ID.
We have a strict policy that states only users with a valid UK medical prescription can bring and consume their prescription on site in the lounge.
Yes - each memeberr is allowed to bring one guest per visit at a charge of £3 for a day pass. Guests must adhere to the lounge rules and are required to bring valid UK photo ID with them at the time of visiting us.
We are fully GDPR-compliant. Membership data is securely handled via encrypted systems, used only for verification and club operations, and never shared without consent or legal requirement.
